Tried to make an online order twice. Both times were cancelled for delivery. Speaking with Deliveroo, they say if the store is busy, they just cancel the order! I have been in Sainsburys local at 327 Ings Road Hull this afternoon 08/02/2025 at about 3pm. The young woman on the checkout was busy talking to her friend and I was clearly and inconvenience to her conversation. She never once said please or thank you. How rude is that.
