I've been banking with Halifax for quite a long time and I've never had this issue before. On the 29th of January, I went to put a bank deposit into my account. I had £2100. Very poor service at this branch. People wandering around with laptops sending you to wait in a queue to be seen then have to queue again because they can't process paying a bill as well as dealing with your query. Absoloutely farcical.
