Ordered online only to be called that they no longer needed as someone called on the day and they reserved for them then I walked into shop to find the one I reserved on the floor but all staff told me that they don't have one in stock and cancelled my order - next is better as on previous visit spend half and hour on till... read full comment

Showing items are in stock on-line, only to arrive and find out they're actually out of stock. This isn't the first time this has happened and I won't be returning. I was told by a member of staff to ring ahead first just to make sure the item is available. I think they should keep an accurate stock count rather than me... read full comment
