Been trying to get through on phone since 5.30pm no reply this chemist has gone down hill since Chris left never no reply when I call no text saying medication is ready and it's heart medication no stuff like paracetamol absolutely shocking

A lovely little chemist in the heart of Sutton. The staff are excellent. One member of staff called Tina is everything I expected of a chemist employee. Very polite .very smart in her experience with a crisp white uniform and a personalty to much. Well done for maintaining the standards of Boots the Chemist.
The quality of service given, all depends on who is serving you. There are two younger members of staff that are really helpful.However, I would say the other serving staff just brush you off.
