Arrogant staff make you wait ages. They can see you but ignore you

Very poor customer service. I waited for several minutes without being acknowledged, even though staff were present. One staff member ignored me completely and prioritised another customer, showing no courtesy. Eventually, I was served, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Helpful staff always have our prescriptions ready. Had a flu shot today and the pharmacist was pleasant and friendly, put me at ease straightaway. They recently took on extra workload when the other boots closed which caused some headaches for them but all is well now the dust has settled.
