A lovely guy called Nathan served me this evening and nothing was a hassle for him he was so lovely and reassuring really can’t thank him enough for his advice and help getting the right part I needed!

Extremely helpful young woman who was manning the front desk helped me determine what size bolt I needed and gave advice for alternatives. Nothing too much trouble and was happy to search the internet in store to try and find alternatives for the necessary washers when the ones I wanted were out of stock there.
