“What an amazing team of staff that work at this branch. I support a little boy called Thomas with autism and smith magenis syndrome and his obsession bizarrely, is building merchants. We came by today so he could see the trucks and cranes outside but after Dan on the desk asked if he could help us and I explained why we were there, without even asking he very kindly sorted some merchandise out. Then a few other members of staff came out to meet him and chat to him. They let him sit in the truck and play with the controller. He was beeping the horn and having the best time. He will talk about this for weeks he was absolutely over the moon. A really kind gesture, it was so lovely of you all. Thank you so much x”
