Shop was nice and clean, orderly queuing system was in use, staff were polite when seating us for our wait. Seen pretty promptly as not many people in at 7pm. Assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. Measured my sons foot accurately, helped us chose a pair of shoes. Fit was perfect. Only downside for me is the price. Find it too expensive but hopefully will last longer.

Great service from Ummay today sorting our kids shoes for school. Busy store and training a rookie at the same time but checked girls got the shoes they liked most and fit was good - all in flash. A chore was made very pain free- thanks!

Clarks-will never visit again. Staff couldn't be understood as she had a quiet voice and showed no recommendations to us. Left with no shoes as she kept saying (I think) 'we have nothing'.

Went for 10am appointment on a Thursday to get grandsons school shoes. We were the only ones in. Attentive, patient service from a young man and trainee. Got what we wanted and as we went out the queue started.

Lovely helpful service as always.. would be lovely to have a wider range of styles for older girls school shoes. But it's pretty much the only place that shoes fit my kids feet.
