Shop was nice and clean, orderly queuing system was in use, staff were polite when seating us for our wait. Seen pretty promptly as not many people in at 7pm. Great service from Ummay today sorting our kids shoes for school. Busy store and training a rookie at the same time but checked girls got the shoes they liked most and fit was good - all in flash. A chore was made very pain free- thanks!
