I've visited the spa many times before but found it very disappointing at a recent visit, nobody to greet us on arrival , had to go and find someone. Horrendous spa experience! After visiting this spa numerous times over the years, I was looking forward to our visit yesterday for my sisters birthday. We had a lovely afternoon tea and were looked after by an amazing, sweet and helpful lady.
Unfortunately that is where our lovely experience ended.
