“I had a very good visit to vision express, the staff are very friendly and got me in for my pre test checks straight away and then I only had a short wait to see the optician who gave me a thorough eye test and explained everything very clearly, would definitely recommend.”

“Been here many times, I have condition that causes me to need extra appoiments periodically.The staff are always friendly will talk through all issues if you have any in a very in depth and down earth way.There's a little selection of magazines should you need to wait but nearly never do. I perticully loved the history of norton book.The optometrist is obviously a very skilled man who previously worked at a hospital I believe.The lady on reseption is just wonderful and always puts you at ease as soon as you enter. She also helped me re mould my glases after I bent them she's a good person.”

“We went to Hepworths after being recommended by a friend and couldn’t have been more impressed. My 5 year old has glasses and after a pretty terrible previous experience elsewhere for his first pair we couldn’t be happier. Hugh took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly while advising us on the most suitable pair for my son. Between him and his colleague (sorry I don’t know the lovely ladies name!) we felt totally at ease, no pressure and the whole experience was great. They were also fantastic and patient with my son who took the time to try on every pair of glasses he liked the look of! Would recommend to anyone.
