“I was being scammed over the Internet although I did not know it at the time. The bank telephoned me and put me through to their Fraud Team while the scam was still going on. In short, they stopped the scam and was reimbursed the money to my account. I am truly grateful for their quick response.”

“Thank you so much to the ladies who helped me so much late evening the other night.I'd just come just come out of hospital and had been there since the early hours in the morning.I wasn't well at all and pumped full of pain relief and extremely confused and disoriented.I'm already disabled and was finding it extremely difficult to find my feet.I hadn't eaten at all for 36 hours and was in desperate need to get my blood sugar up.The staff were absolutely brilliant with me and made sure I got everything I needed, sat me down and also put me into a taxi.Thank you so much ladies.Unfortunately I don't know your names however, I'm sure you'll recognise the story once you've read this.Karen x”

“Angela is the first HSBC UK person I have met who knows what she's doing and she's nice with it. Five stars for her, but I won't be doing my majority banking with HSBC. I'm a Premier customer and so far I have been given the wrong information, left hanging and been treated as if I'm a criminal. I've opened an account with Virgin and will be doing most of my banking with them.”

“Found them very helpful in every way i had problem with with company they took £495 on the 27.jun 2025 and another £119.on the 19 of jun which i new nothing about and this for a company that got rid of viruses of phone and laptop ,which i new nothing about , when i went to the bank they took me to room and dialled a number for then left me and the person i spoke was very helpful in every way even help me with my phone calls in the ended it was sorted and saying i had refund .and was over the moon in the past i also had a problem with Direct Save Telecom and also they got me refund of £75 from this company they also help me set up a mobile account my phone and every time i visit them fond them second to none they are very helpful in every way and over the moon i have an account with them and should be more than 5 stars more like a sky full of stars for the kind help they have given me and my family”

Gave me a tip too, take a screenshot of 'code' tto be able to use Rewards App easily in future (it regularly asks for password to open App) and technology is not my asset. Well done Khazina, great customer support xx”
