Just been in to get a parcel, and because there was someone pinching in store and was chased out of store when I come to get my parcel I was refused and told they were to busy for parcels as having to wait for the police. I can appreciate the hassle they were having but this man didn?t have a clue where I travelled from or give me a convenient time to call back I felt embarrassed as there were people in the store. I am sorry but this is unacceptable and a complaint will be going in

Don?t use yodel services unless ya want ya parcels mixed up seems staff struggle to scan a parcel and label the correct one cost me £30 won?t be going there again

Customer service = very poor!!Some of the staff are lovely, at least one of them, I think her name is Jess, is not.I only went in for a Costa and a donut. When scanning my dunkin donut box, it needed to be turned upside down to find the barcode, fine. I made a bit of joke and said the words.... whoa, careful with the donuts man, they're the prize possession.Big mistake, the cashier, who I believe to be Jess, immediately turned them upside down and slammed them onto the counter and said....... just pay for your food and get out!! That's for robbing Costa. (A reference to a chat I had with a different cashier about the Costa machine) Kelly I think she's called, she's friendly and not spawned from the donut smashing cult. However young Jess seems to not realise that google reviews are actually a public place where customers like me can get on their high horse and winge and cry and kick and scream.I will still use this shop, but now I will sadly have to have attitude towards the staff to make my own ego feel better. Well played assistant maybe called Jess at roughly 1pm on Wednesday 12th July. You've ruined Christmas!! Your customer service skills need to be retrained and focused towards a more neutral demeanor.

Interesting customer service. The only uttering out of the mouth of the person serving me were the words 'seventeen ninety'. That was it. She turned to her colleague to chat after 'serving' and I left. I only know that the transaction went through as I used my phone and got the notification!

Cannot believe the price of a warbertons loaf in this shop today..£1.68!!!! Left it on the shelf went to asda £1.05...
