This is the most helpful pharmacy I?ve ever visited. Staff pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist I saw today went above and beyond to help us, with advice and sourcing meds for poorly 5 yr old grandson, when at other chemists they simply didn?t want to help. Thankyou it really is appreciated when we really needed it.

My prescription is always ready for me when I arrive. If they can't get some medications form their own stock or supplier they will find it from other branches.

The best pharmacy in Shildon in my opinion very friendly staff who are always willing to help in any way they can and they are very professional I've been going to this pharmacy for years

The staff in this pharmacy are always polite, friendly and go above and beyond to help you out. Unlike another pharmacy in this town, they don?t leave you stood in the shop for 10 minutes whilst blatantly ignoring you. When they are really busy they at least acknowledge you and serve you as soon as possible. I now use this pharmacy for all my family?s needs, even though it?s not the closest.

I have been using this pharmacy for years now, not only due tho the range of products and availability of prescript meds, but for the warm welcoming feel and polite staff that work here. They always listen to your ailment and make sure they steer you right in your choice of purchase and nothing ever seems to much trouble they are a credit to the town.

Came in for my prescription today, served in less than 30 seconds, warm and welcoming. The girls where really helpful and always happy to help. Good laugh everytime I come in, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ive used m&m chemist for many years. The staff are very friendle and approachsble and will go out of their way to assist you whare possible. They have a great team and never have you waiting around long for prescriptions unlike other chemists ive encountered in other towns.

This chemist shop is the best I've been in for sometime. . The staff are very friendly and helpful They knew the items I required straight away, for my ailments.The pharmacist was very knowledgable and gave me good advice on how to use the product. She told me that if I required any further help that I should not hesitate in contacting the shop for further help and advice. First class service.Thanks to all involved

OWING NOTE FOR 28 VALSARTAN CAPSULES 23rd Aug 19 not delivered or suppliedby 27th Sept 19 because after one month they said it was my responsibility to tell the Surgery they could not supply them although they had delivered 7 Valsartan Tablets. Poor communication and badly organised delivery service. So did the patient go without blood pressure reducing tablets for one month because of this Pharmacy. And there is more ....
