This is the most helpful pharmacy I’ve ever visited. Staff pleasant and helpful. The pharmacist I saw today went above and beyond to help us, with advice and sourcing meds for poorly 5 yr old grandson, when at other chemists they simply didn’t want to help. Thankyou it really is appreciated when we really needed it.

My prescription is always ready for me when I arrive. If they can't get some medications form their own stock or supplier they will find it from other branches.

The best pharmacy in Shildon in my opinion very friendly staff who are always willing to help in any way they can and they are very professional I've been going to this pharmacy for years
