“Lovely staff and it is rarely busy, which is great during this Covid-19 lockdown. Usually you don't need to queue, and it feels better compared to big supermarkets in terms of protection of both the customers as well as the staff. Good to see that there are screens to protect the cashiers, it's a bit disheartening when other (bigger) supermarkets don't look after the people who work for them (e.g. Asda). Overall, if you just want a couple of items, it is a good option.”

“This Herons is full of good product. You have to grab some offers because of rapid changeover. Freezer full of variety. Staff friendly and helpful. Prices good”

“Good for most things a person needs for their selves or home or even garden area but I've noticed the ornaments and things like clicks mirrors etc are going down in quality and upwards in price and I don't get how they can get away with it as there picture frames gave gone from glass with a nice design and quality to plastic chipped or just painted really messy and that goes for quite a lot of things in there I bought a Christmas santa and a red nose reindeer but on both the eyes were very badly painted and my reindeer had no red nose or anything I took them back and I had my receipt but they offered me a replacement which I'd already bought more from a different store so the said I could have a credit not??? I didn't see anywhere that said if things were damaged or didn't work I couldn't get my money back I thought it was ridiculous and so many people have been commenting on there things I love the store it's great I every other aspect but not in this case”

“My sister needed to do a bit shopping she cant walk too far but has her mobility scooter so I took her through to Morrisons Dalton Park well impressed little busy but got parked in disabled parking ok oh plenty room for her scooter mobility, she got everything she needed nice place to tell truth and plenty room well enjoyed this shopping trip to be honest”

“I had a problem with a DPD parcel delivery and the staff were super. They actually took the trouble to ring me back to help me get the problem sorted. Exemplary customer service.”

“1st time coming hear ,loved the whole shopping experience ,friendly well mannered staff ,clean public toilets upstairs, clean kitchen and lush food in the cafe my kids enjoyed the kids meal wish toasties and chips was on kids meal or like a chicken burger with plain bun and chips on kids meal though as my oldest loves chicken burgers . Staff was polite ,well mannered in both cafe and downstairs clean environment and friendly we will be back .food was delicious we enjoyed it all very well priced.”
