I don't know why banks close so early. 3pm , some people can't get to bank that time, As they used to stay open till 5pm. , shocking.

Called yesterday to bank a cheque, door locked I thought staff w ere just doing something for security. Staff member came to the door and said "closed" abruptly. I am now going to move my accounts after banking with the Halifax for 26 years. 3pm closing is ridiculous and bad attitude from staff.
