Perfect mix of cardio, resistance and free weights. Loads of classes on offer which are included in the pricing. Genuinely can't fault this gym. I'd recommend it to anyone whether new or experienced gym user.”

The centre was opened in 1974 and has facilities for swimming, exercise, an indoor climbing wall, and a main sports hall for sports such as basketball, badminton and indoor football. This weekend it hosted the 2023 English Acrobatic Championships. Helpful and friendly staff.”
