“I can't see any problems with the machine only, cash in and cash out. The staff are still there to help, you can still open an account, close accounts and do all the things you could before, but the staff are not sat behind a counter as before. It has a very updated modern feel, and less intimidating for people that don't like banks. The machines are easy to use, the staff are friendly and ready to help.. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.”
