“We stayed at the ramside Hotel on the 22/03/24 for my hen do Upon arrival we were offered to put our bags into our room which was useful given that check in wasn't until 3pm. The receptionist at the time was well mannered. The only thing I would of liked from reception would of been directions of where our room was/spa/toilets. Nothing was explained.The spa was amazing, unfortunately I did not get the senior spa therapists name but I wanted to say a huge thank you she was very kind and pleasant! Amazing massage too. Thank you! ?The restraunt staff in the aisian fusion restraunt were probably some of the politest staff I've came across. Brilliant service, thank you again.The room was sparkling clean. Overall very impressed for my hen do stay. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!”
