Ridiculous returns policy. Ordered a product into store. Told to collect it a few days later from the self collect point. Got handed a packet with no receipt. Inside the packet was a label that said RETURNS LABEL and no other paperwork or receipt. Later Tried to return the item and was told this isn't the right returns... read full comment

Went to return and buy items this morning at Next Hartlepool, the young lady called Layne I think I have spelt it right, was so helpful and did everything she could for each customer in front of me with a smile all the time . She was an absolute star we need more like her, well done young lady.
