INEXPERIENCED STAFF CANT EVEN ISSUE A GIFT CARD WITHOUT NEEDING A PHYSICAL CARD, MANY STAFF HAVE DONE IT THROUGH THE TILL ALONE, YOUR A BIG COMPANY WITH PLENTY OF MONEY TRAIN YR STAFF PROPERLY
