“TSB Hartlepool staff have always been very courteous & helpful in the years I’ve been banking there. They even went out of their way when I wanted a bunch of brand new £50.00 notes to put into my son & daughter-in-laws wedding card as a gift which I thought was great!I’ve never left without gaining the information or service I went in for & I’ll continue to bank there, in my opinion it’s the best bank I’ve ever been with…really lovely, friendly staff!!”

“Seems to be well stocked. Disappointed they haven't got staff now to help elderly, disabled or just weaker customers with heavier purchases. We had to rely on a helpful security guard to help us put bags in our cart.Excuse is they can't afford to hire more staff. I personally don't believe it. It's all about keeping profits high.”
