If I could leave 0 stars I would, staff too busy buying milk and eating doughnuts waited nearly an hour for my pregnant wife’s prescription. Poor service

Staff have always been kind, but the waiting time is ridiculous. After asking for my repeat prescription I now have to wait 1 week, then pop in on the morning and ask for my prescription, and it's ready a few hours later. Pharmacists must count out pills 16 times I think.

Shocking customer service, like a few have said already have to wait a long time, some of the staff need to go on a course on customer service, the attitude and unprofessionalism shown is dissapointing. I phoned up to order my batch prescription (they now require 72 hours notice) I gave them 7 days and they hadnt done... read full comment
