I was in the station recently & I bought a bottle of water .. a very pleasant gent served me ..I was feeling unwell & he got me a chair & sat with me .. I had to leave as I’d to catch my train .. WH Smith should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves, no wonder your rebranding. £3.29 for a 75 cl bottle of water you are a disgrace, you rip people off more than motorway service stations. Could have bought 9 litres of still water in Tesco for less.
