“I picked up 6 x 25kg bags of top soil and was worried about lifting the bags myself, a member of staff called Liam took them out to the car for me and loaded them himself, he was so kind and very approachable, what a brilliant member of staff he is, hope he is appreciated by the company.”

“I've used this BHF furniture store for years, it's one of my favourite shops, always some really nice furniture at a much lower price than you would pay new. Staff have always been polite to me, the only thing is I think the new stock is a bit pricey -but it's for charity (and there is an occasional sale). Expect to always find sofas, armchairs, beds, bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances, a pile of rugs, many picture frames/mirrors and a load of other things as and when they come in.”
