Ask for help in the plumbing section greeted by a miserable member of staff...no hello first response was don't know why I e been sent I know nothing. Decided to approach a different way ok if I'm looking for this where would it be on the shelf ....I do t know haven't a clue!! Decided to walk away waste of time and effort

Good service but bought 2, 10 Litres of white and magnolia paint and both were full of dry, skin bits of paint. Unable to use it on a job and have to go and buy some more.

I picked up 6 x 25kg bags of top soil and was worried about lifting the bags myself, a member of staff called Liam took them out to the car for me and loaded them himself, he was so kind and very approachable, what a brilliant member of staff he is, hope he is appreciated by the company.
