Yesterday I collected my next order from the store and asked if I could try on the items. The assistant said yes, of course. I quickly tried on the items. Customer service today in your Darlington store today was unacceptable was served by a member of staff at 11.13 won’t name her the only word she said to me was there when she give me my receipt this is not how expect to be treated
