Nothing like the binns it used to be hardly any stock in the housewares dept, looks like a extra large charity shop. The only decent department store left in Darlington and it's so run down and miserable I won't be back

Visited this shop today expecting to be able to buy some high end makeup but I walked into a bizarre jumble sale with bikes and random sofas at the front of the store? All the makeup shelves were empty and the staff looked sick of their lives. Which I’m not surprised at. Way to go Mike Ashley.
