Fantastic business to deal with. Paul, owner was very professional. Paul came and measured my stairs for me, which another branch refused to do. On the day of fitting the fitters Stuart and Richard were also very professional. They worked none stop and were very careful to make sure everything was correct in the fitting. They even cleaned up after them selves. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Definatley recommend Frank's The Flooring Store Crook. Thank you to everyone involved.

Poor customer care stood 20 mins waiting for guy to finish whatever it was he was doing no hello or I'll be just a sec nothing get to speak to him regarding a full house of carpet and vinyl for him to say oh I dunno I'm the wrong guy to speak to I don't know what's what only wanted a price for a full house! =/

Couldn't believe this. Went into the shop yesterday, I was looking at offcuts the salesman was chatting to a lady and her son. They couldn't help her with her needs she asked if there were any other carpet shops in crook. She asked where it was he gave her a vague idea. Then told her they only sell odds and ends. And that she should go to bishop auckland. No one like a liar.!!!
