Fantastic business to deal with. Paul, owner was very professional. Paul came and measured my stairs for me, which another branch refused to do. On the day of fitting the fitters Stuart and Richard were also very professional. They worked none stop and were very careful to make sure everything was correct in the fitting.... read full comment

Poor customer care stood 20 mins waiting for guy to finish whatever it was he was doing no hello or I'll be just a sec nothing get to speak to him regarding a full house of carpet and vinyl for him to say oh I dunno I'm the wrong guy to speak to I don't know what's what only wanted a price for a full house! =/
