“Vigo Pharmacy has been delivering my prescriptions for quite a few years now. They are so polite and nice on the phone if ever I need to ring, which isn't very often, as they deliver my medication very quickly. If ever I'm not in, they always come back the same day, and the drivers are always ? friendly and helpful. They always try to help out if there has been a mix-up at the doctors with a medication or a late change, and I need something last minute. I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else. “Love this store. It's not huge but they stock most things and the staff are lovely. I love to chat with Bev on the No7 counter about skin care needs and what's new, all the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful and the store manager Laura is both efficient in any crisis or just for asking where something is. Well recommended.”

“It's ideally located with the car park within distance of Morrisons, Iceland and even Wilkinson's. Good shortcut into Chester le Street to other shops. There's still a number of vacant shops in the walkway though. It would be nice to see it full.”

“I called in on Thursday 3rd November about 3pm to see if they had any flu jabs. A lovely man served me, very polite and knowledgeable, he had one flu jab left. I filled out the form he gave me and was swiftly taken into a room and given my jab. Everything was clean and tidy.Excellent service from this man ✅ thank you so much. Oh”

“This is one of the best surgeries I have been a patient at. They are a busy surgery and yes when I ring up I will be in a queue but I don’t think that’s any different to any other surgeries. Medical staff are proactive and my issues are either resolved at appointment or I’ve been referred/signposted. I have had some telephone appointments which have worked ok and again issues resolved.
