Absolutely appalling service. Told I HAVE to use the ATM for anything under £800, even if my preference was to use the cashier. What would be the difference between getting £8 or £800 from the cashier. Made to feel guilty for asking for £810 from the cashier . In 5 years we won’t have the high street bank.

Rubbish service. Another morning of frustration and time wasted. Was told by a snooty assistant on my last visit that I must use the in-bank ATM and it will let me withdraw any amount - WRONG - it won't. Took what it allowed and then joined the queue for the one and only cashier as I needed more cash. Immediately jumped... read full comment
