“Having just recently moved to Tow Law in March 2023 my partner and I who are in our late sixties have multiple diagnosed and currently going through undiagnosed conditions causing both of us to be under a lot of stress with doctor’s appointments, blood tests and constant changes especially to my prescription. Having recently been in hospital having had a heart attack I was put on multiple medications to hopefully prevent any further damage.Wow! I am incredibly grateful to the wonderful lady pharmacist/owner in Tow Law pharmacy who called me at home to say that she had picked up a medication I was taking and prescribed by my GP/hospital wasn’t compatible with one of my heart medications, this kind lady contacted my GP, sorted out a new prescription and this morning I am taking the correct medication. This is not just about an impeccable professional service being provided by pharmacy owners and staff this is about providing a service with care and compassion to those of us who are ill. So to Tow Law pharmacy thank you for being part of our community and for looking after us all.”

“I needed a particular brand of one of my medicines which my previous chemist has known for many years (& had a note on my file to only dispense that brand) but failed to the correct brand when they last filled my prescription. The old chemist was most unhelpful when I asked them to replace the incorrect medicine with the correct one, telling me that I would need a new prescription & even then they may not be able to get the required brand as, "Medicines are in short supply."Armed with a new prescription, I asked Knights at Escomb Road to help & they did a phone order to ensure they ordered the correct medication.I collected my meds the following day & Knights is now my chemist for all my prescriptions (6 different meds each time).Thank you Knights.”
