this branch is a complete joke since it has been taken over i have never had a prescription ready or there is always something missing this month i had rang 107 attempts to get through when i eventually did they said they would put the prescription up and would be ready in 20 minutes so i travelled from newton aycliffe...

Always very helpful and understanding of my anxiety and condition. It's always daunting for me to visit a place where my medical prescription and other things about me are known. But as far as I can tell, they don't judge.
