No staff on counters - only one running about like a blue arsed fly - waited over 40 minutes for a couple of bank statements....

In Halifax today to deposit money, was refused a receipt from the counter told to get one from the machine or check online banking, served by a different lady a week ago and was offered a one, the difference between helpful and non helpful staff ☹️
