Amanda very patiently tracked our parcel down, finding it was actually still at the Post Office in Barny. She couldn't have been more helpful if she'd tried! What a contrast! Amanda then went on to help us with our efforts to find where our PO Box is located, something else Barnard Castle Post Office staff couldn't do! Amanda has restored my faith in the Royal Mail!”
