“After wrongly addressing some parcels with my old address in Barnard castle .. I was horrified to find the house was unoccupied and had been delivered MY MISTAKE ..so after trying to ring ( we all know this is futile ) I collared a post lady called Sara in Morrisons carpark ,who had probably just finished a very difficult and heavy workday ..she was amazing took the details of a parcel I was due to be delivered there again and all in her own time sorted it so I could change the address ..mark Aparantly is gonna deliver it today to me ..HOW amazing is this ? Don't kick em ,don't call em please ,they are working through a very difficult time hard working conditions that change all the time ,snow wind rain blistering summer days ,to get you your post under very difficult management which is forever changing the rules and still hanging on in there ...we should treasure them and support them ...I myself are very impressed so give em a break ...THANKS GUYS your doing a great job ..there lucky to still have you hope it all works out for youRegards Trisha wheeler”
