“After attending Boots in the town for a prearranged appointment for flu vaccine and being told no staff qualified to administer vaccinations were on duty (repeat of last year's experience) I popped into Day Lewis.Excellent service, was seen by pharmacist immediately and given the vaccine. Perhaps the staff here could pop down to Boots to give them some training!!!!”
