“I went into store today with my 12 year old daughter to buy some makeup. Originally this was going to be with her step mum who knows a lot more about makeup than I do. However due to her being unwell this fell to me.As my daughter is 12 and new to makeup. We both had no real idea what to get. We both stood in store looking complexed by the sheer volume and different types of makeup.We were approached by I believe her name was Danielle who the designate store manager who asked if we needed help. I explained the situation and how I have no clue on what to get.Danielle was amazing she asked me what my budget was and then jumped into action. She spent time with my daughter asking exactly what she wanted going through samples and finding the right products she needed.She absolutely saved me today and I have one very happy 12 year old. She really went above and beyond and demonstrated fab customer service. Thank you”
