“Boots optician experience was great. Prompt and efficient system for the eye test. Good selection of glasses for all budgets. 5 stars for help selecting glasses which I felt was honest and unpressurised. Something which is normally stressful for me was relatively easy and I feel happy with my choices. Glasses were competitively priced.”

“Oh it looks like after a year Superdrugs is supplying *Frizz Ease Heat Defeat Protection Spray* Now. I hope this continues! This product has been an essential part of my hair products and have Not been able to find out why they were Not supplying it! Also many of the items have gone up. Palmers Lotion for example £5.00 to £6.00! Why?! And in smaller bottles?? We need good size bottles of lotion at a reasonable price! I refuse to buy it at these prices! However, on the other hand, I must mention that this store does offer many things one may need and things I like and at least we can save our points on our cards and have them honoured unlike Boots! Their prices are good on various things as well. Looking out for our community and we are glad to have Superdrugs in our community but do not understand why it takes so long to get to the bottom of issues but at least it looks like it is!”

I have had an ongoing issue and with the nightmare of trying to get a GP appointment, I phoned the chemist to see if they would mind seeing me to see if you could recommend anything to help. No need to make an appointment, the pharmacy has a small consultation room so you still have privacy from customers. The pharmacist was patient and very helpful. Excellent service, highly recommend to anyone who needs some advice and can’t see a GP.”

“I use this pharmacy regularly and always get good service.On my last visit, I was informed that the regular pharmacist was off ill with cancer. As such they’re now running the pharmacy with locums to cover his absence. Occasionally they have to close for a few hours (not by choice).I will continue to use this pharmacy, and hope the regular pharmacist makes a full recovery and is back at work as soon as he sees fit.Thanks as always !”

“Covid instructions clear.Will text when your repeat prescription is ready.Only downside which isn't their problem as only a small pharmacy attached to doctors, that is you have to wait if queuing outside, if its raining.....”
