They sort out prescriptions from my doctors surgery automatically without any problems, I get a text message to let me know when it's ready and any other problems I may have I always go for advice as they are so helpful. “Never answer the phone?? Have rung several times over past two weeks and never any answer, just rings until the call ends.Edit: I admit this was written in a state of panic and stress trying to get medication sorted, however went into the pharmacy again and was met with the most amazing and knowledgable staff. I’ve had so many complications with medications and unhelpful or rude pharmacists but in lytchett pharmacies they were so helpful, patient and gave me all the options they possibly could. Highly recommend :) Wish I lived closer so this could be my local one!”

“I use this pharmacy regularly and always get good service.On my last visit, I was informed that the regular pharmacist was off ill with cancer. As such they’re now running the pharmacy with locums to cover his absence. Occasionally they have to close for a few hours (not by choice).I will continue to use this pharmacy, and hope the regular pharmacist makes a full recovery and is back at work as soon as he sees fit.Thanks as always !”

“It's a great little store and the staff are helpful. The only thing I dislike is the old tonometer aa it blows the air really aggressively and it makes me jump making the reading process longer than it needs to be and puts more stress on me. Would be great to see some investment being made into the store and the old machinery replaced.”
