“I came in to the Wimborne store as a very nervous customer as I have little confidence , I'm m a bigger lady but I must say the lady members of staff were so lovely they made me feel completly at ease and valued unfortunately the dress I like was not in my size and colour so they have kindly ordered it in but i know when I go back that I will feel comfortable and will enjoy the experience . “Found a seat outside next to the river and managed to enjoy the sound of the water. About 15 mins in tipped with rain and we were found a seat inside. A lovely jacket potatoe. Fast, polite staff, and lovely inside too. Will definitely return. Thank you.”

“I went into store today with my 12 year old daughter to buy some makeup. Originally this was going to be with her step mum who knows a lot more about makeup than I do. However due to her being unwell this fell to me.As my daughter is 12 and new to makeup. We both had no real idea what to get. We both stood in store looking complexed by the sheer volume and different types of makeup.We were approached by I believe her name was Danielle who the designate store manager who asked if we needed help. I explained the situation and how I have no clue on what to get.Danielle was amazing she asked me what my budget was and then jumped into action. She spent time with my daughter asking exactly what she wanted going through samples and finding the right products she needed.She absolutely saved me today and I have one very happy 12 year old. She really went above and beyond and demonstrated fab customer service. Thank you”

“I have always defaulted to high street chains such as M&S, but after getting tired of trying to find a member of staff to help in finding what I'm after, I've recently switched to Bartlett's of Wimborne and what a find!As soon as you walk through the door, you're greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The ladies behind the counter are a fountain of knowledge and will go that extra mile to make sure you're fitted out with what you require and all with an infectious sense of humour!Good old fashioned knee-length socks; high quality English-made trousers that have a reassuring heavy weight to them; silk handkerchiefs, gorgeously soft-yet-durable Italian pure wool jumpers and a plethora of top quality shirts to name but a few. If you're looking for either a casual shirt or one for business, then you must try their 'Olymp' range - they come in various fits and have the longer tails, with ample room around the stomach area if you're a tad cuddly like myself!I'll definitely continue to use Bartlett's instead of high street chains.”
