“Great experience with Decathlon in Poole. Bolt had fallen out of my Inesis Decathlon golf trolley making it unusable. Brought it into store and Chris in the workshop did a great job - replacing the bolt and giving me a spare. Trolley back in working order in no time. Super friendly helpful staff. Great service. Even bigger fan of decathlon than I already was!”

“Booked free bike check 28/12/23. Outstanding service from Ben who came to the car to carry my bike to the store. He checked the bike as he pushed it across the car park to see how smoothly it ran. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel I was being rushed and felt the bike would be thoroughly checked. When I returned to the store later Ben was more than happy to adjust the height of the saddle for me and then carry the bike out to the car and lift it in for me. This is the third time I’ve taken my bike back to Halfords Poole and am always impressed by the level of service.”

“The day we went there, workmen were repairing a broken glass pane on the stairs, it was safety glass and had shattered into many pieces, care was taken to keep the public safe. I also noticed they had a section, which was advertising Laura Ashley. The young girls working there are always pleasant and helpful. Didn't see any young men.”

TK Max always clearance items that are reduced and find thar bargain.
You may end up in here for 45 minutes to 1 hr. Many do not still find anything, but you probably like me to fill my trolley.”

“I went in on Sunday 27th July. Approximately 2pm to collect an online purchase, and the two young women on the till were so helpful and went out their way to help me, as i bought an item in the shop but i needed to go to a different collection point. But went out of their way to make my life easier, They helped me navigate retrieving my collection code, and one got the item for me, whilst i paid for the ither time , team work in action, they were an absolute credit to the store. I should have got their names.”

“Oxfam is located on the high street just down from the train crossing. It is your typical charity shop stocking clothes, books, toys and small gifts. There is always a vast array of stock and prices are reasonable as you would expect for a second hand shop. I have always found the staff to be really friendly and always willing to have a chat. I buy a lot of books in here and they are always priced around 1 or 2 pounds which I think is acceptable. As with all charity shops you never know what you will find within its walls s its always worth a look. Make sure if you are getting married in the near future to have a look at their wedding gear they have a great selection of reasonably priced second hand dresses that are absolutely beautiful.”

“Popped into the Go Outdoors store in Poole looking for help with a blister issue I’ve been having from a pair of boots I bought a few months ago (not even from them – they were from Cotswold). Despite it being close to closing time, Finn went above and beyond. He took the time to walk me through a range of products and possible solutions, offering knowledgeable advice. He clearly knows the products inside out and was so patient. Absolutely brilliant customer service – I left feeling much more confident about fixing the problem. So grateful. Thank you, Finn!”
