customer service is great, the staff very friendly and the shelf’s are always fully stocked… love the lay out of the shop as well and very clean and easy to find items. Serf service or tills. Club card at great price.

Unfortunately, the lady at your tills took the side of a queue jumper over me, even after she observed that I had been standing in queue longer than him.

My oh my ,your staff in tesco express st Thomas street cigarette counter need training on customer service, this afternoon rude is not the word but this lady needs training on how to speak to customers!!!! And my husband said she's always speaks to people like that !!
