Customer service zero from this place. Workers overzealous with the headsets. Nothing worse than being in a shop and all the workers are sniggering to each other dotted over the shop. Don’t say hello or any basic courtesy, but manage to find the time to whisper and giggle over the head sets. Sort your staff out.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences ever. Staff saying inaudible things, laughing and giggling over the head sets. Maybe stop your staff wittering on to each other via those ridiculous headsets and get them to concentrate on customers. The young man serving this evening was very rude, hardly acknowledged me, continued his conversation with his colleague 4 feet away via his headset and then nearly messed up my change as he clearly was... read full comment
