“I visited this new look while on holiday,there are two floors and I went upstairs to find a dressing gown for my daughter the lady that served me was absolutely lovely very helpful and helped me wrap it ,this lady who had blonde long hair bent over backwards for me and my husband ,and I would like to thank her again ,you don't get many assistants in this day and age who go above and beyond but she did ,congratulations to new look who have lovely staff”
