“Thank you Angus for replacing my headlight! My headlight burned out on my way home in the rain (of course!), so I tried replacing it myself. But I wasn't able to pop off the retaining spring to completely remove the bulb. I told Angus I felt silly for not being able to change it myself, but he reassured me it was not a problem and to not feel bad. Then he popped out the old bulb and replaced it with a new one in about a minute! Thank you so much for your help.”
“I visited last week whilst on my holidays in Dorset. Found this delightful little store in the heart of the town in Brewery Square. Staff were so helpful and could not do enough for me! The shop was very well set out, clean and it seems the manager does a grand job under such trying circumstances in the last year or so. I hope the store remains open as I would love to visit again next time I am in sunny Dorset.”

“I cannot recommend Phase Eight at Brewery Sq Dorchester, highly enough. I visited, expecting to come away empty handed without being able to purchase any outfit for an upcoming wedding. Wrong! My husband and I were greeted by a couple of very professional members of staff - Joan and Michelle. They couldn't have done more for me with choosing outfits to try on and they explained that as the outfit I chose wasn't in my size in the shop, I was able to purchase 2 outfits of different sizes for delivery to my home and which, when happy, I could return the unwanted outfit for a refund. They made a daunting prospect into a very happy, positive experience. Well done ladies! The choice of clothing was quite up-market - something for every lady.”

“I went into Superdrug today as my poor clueless mum had bought me a concealer… she got the right product and shade for the first time! Unfortunately, when I opened the box the concealer inside was the wrong shade. I went into the store half an hour ago (?) and an absolute lovely lady called Sylv helped me! She was absolutely amazing and so kind! I am very thankful as I do struggle in social situations so this made my day! Sylv thank you you’re lovely!!! ?”

In short, we missed out on an item in the sales that we really wanted and a different store pointed me in Dorchester Fat Face’s direction who had one in stock.
