“I recently returned a shirt which I purchased several months previously only to discover it had "shrunk" inexplicably by the time I tried it on! Having explained this I was delighted to be offered a simple swap despite it being at least 12 weeks since I originally bought it. Now that is customer service. This is my 'go to' gentleman's outfitters with excellent merchandise, exemplary customer service and a can do mentality not found on the high street! I have only ever been happy with my purchases from one of the remaining Mens Quality Outfitters. 10/10.”

“Jay is fantastic. He has helped us with our stereo fitting twice now and he makes it so easy. He fit a stereo last year into my daughter’s Fiat Panda. We then wanted to move the same stereo to her new car. Jay talked to us on the phone to arrange what he needed to order and then booked us a slot and did the fitting very quickly and efficiently. He is a very nice guy, very knowledgeable and does a very good job ?”

“Bought a new shotgun from Sportarm at the Game Fair last weekend. I was greeted quickly by Charlie and explained to him what I was looking for. He was polite, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The first gun he showed me turned out to be exactly what I was after. It was in immaculate condition and a good price. Filling in the paperwork was quick and simple and he sent the notification to my police FA dept promptly. Would definitely recommend them and if I’m ever in the area will be visiting them again.”

“I don’t like shopping but this store has such a lovely atmosphere, it’s actually relaxing. The ladies working there are class and so elegant themselves! The garments are made from quality fabrics and you can tell by just touching them. I only buy 1-2 items every few months, it’s pricey but I’d much rather have 3 perfect tops from Seasalt that will last, than 30 from Zara/H&M that will disintegrate within months!”

“Always good ,look for bargains. Remember not evey sale price is a sale price..so we keep an eye on prices before we shop. Not the cheapest but staff very helpful and they do have a massive range in their stores.”
