“My 5 stars only relates to the 2 very patient. helpful members of staff, Caroline and Sam, NOT the computer system which was dreadful. They tried countless times to order me a specific item to be delivered to the store and each time the order failed. Finally they rang the order through but even this proved difficult. They were so apologetic, so patient and remained calm. I would have got very angry and flustered if I had been them but they were great. So 0 stars for the system, 5 stars for Caroline and Sam. It took about 40 minutes. I now have my item, a Windermere coat and I'm pleased with it.”
