“Arrived in Dorset for a long weekend from London and found I'd forgotten my meds. I phoned my own GP surgery who were so unhelpful. Went to Boots in Swanage and spoke with Kate the pharmacist on duty who couldn't have been more helpful. She was so calm and reassuring. Advised me to call 111 so they could send a referral through. Had my meds within 20 mins. Can't rate Kate highly enough. Great service!”
