It took only 3/4 days for them to call me back with all the problems resolved to my satisfaction, and at a resonable price. If I have any problems with my laptop in the future, I will be using AnyTech Solution to resolve them.”

“Had a great jacket which I didn't buy. My friend (accidentally, I should add) smashed a £30 snowglobe the week before Christmas. Nice variety of well-worn blazers, literally all the same. Multiple hats, also all the same, including size. Lovely staff, all two of them.”
“I visited the Poole home store last night with 10 minutes to spare before closing after a very disappointed visit to Dunelm wanting some large cushion inserts for my sofa the male member of staff was absolutely amazing unfortunately the inserts were not big enough but he came up with another solution of square pillows which fitted perfectly and even carried them to the till unfortunately I didn't get his name.A very big thank you and a10 out of 10 for customer service”

“Booked free bike check 28/12/23. Outstanding service from Ben who came to the car to carry my bike to the store. He checked the bike as he pushed it across the car park to see how smoothly it ran. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel I was being rushed and felt the bike would be thoroughly checked. When I returned to the store later Ben was more than happy to adjust the height of the saddle for me and then carry the bike out to the car and lift it in for me. This is the third time I’ve taken my bike back to Halfords Poole and am always impressed by the level of service.”
